Topic:  MyUSTe Student Portal (College & SHS)

  • Only active students can access their myUSTe Student Portal account.
  • Students with Honorable dismissal and those who have discontinued are considered inactive.

  • Username : The student ID number is automatically generated by the system and is permanently assigned to the student upon confirmation of enrolment in the University. This is printed on the student's ID card and on the his/her copy of Registration Form using the format YYYY-999999 (e.g. 1991-050299). By simply dropping the hyphen (1991050299), the student number serves as his/her username in accessing the myUSTe portal. One's login account therefore, cannot be customized or changed.
  • Initial Password : The date of birth a student entered/declared in the Admission system when he/she initially applied to the University is used as his/her initial password in the myUSTe portal. A student must supply this exact date of birth in the activation page in the format MMDDYYYY (e.g. 04261975) [April 26, 1975].
  • Entering and Verfying New Password : The new password a student will supply should be easy to remember but difficult for others to guess since it will be used to access his/her information. The new password should be 8 to 12 characters long and preferably composed of numbers and letters. The system supports case sensitivity so it is also recommended that one enters his/her password in mixed cases (e.g. Cr8tivM3). If a student forgot his/her password, simply click the "Forgot your password?" link and supply the information required. The new password will be emailed to him/her. A student may change his/her password again once he/she has logged on to the system.

  • If a student forgot his/her password, simply click the "Forgot your password?" link and supply the information required. The new password will be emailed to him/her. A student may change his/her password again once he/she has logged on to the system.
  • Otherwise, if the error persists or the student has forgotten the email address used during account activation, please contact STEPS (Santo Tomas e-service Providers) at 87861611 local 8888 for assistance.

Possible Reason/s:

  • Your teacher may not have yet encoded the grades in MyUSTE; ask your professor if this is the case.
  • Graduates will be unable to download their grades from MyUSTE; instead, a blank copy will be displayed; for assistance, please contact STEPS (Santo Tomas e-service Providers) at 87861611 local 8888.

You can no longer access your student portal account two months after graduation.

A student can enroll online if the courses (subjects) have been 'advised' by the Dean's Office. Wait for the actual schedule of your college/year level and try again. If not yet successful, call the Dean's Office and inquire why you have not been 'advised'.

Please call STePS (Santo Tomas e-service Providers) at 87861611 local 8888.

No, because on-campus advising and assessment is necessary.

Yes, if you have submitted all the foreign student requirements, have been cleared by the Registrar's Office and have been 'advised' by the Dean's Office.

No, you will have to complete the required amount on-campus to be considered enrolled and for the printing of Form 1.

No, SIS can match only same-day payments for the processing of a computer-generated Form 1. After paying the additional amount, please report to the Accounting Department for the printing of Form 1. Claim your official receipt from the Cashier's Office.

Yes, both payments will be combined to determine if the 'amount due' is paid in full. However, to avoid confusion, it is suggested that only one payment be made for every online enrollment.

SIS cannot match a payment made before the online enrollment. You should report to Accounting for the printing of Form 1.

STePS will try to solve this concern but it may not be available during this semester's enrollment. You may get a verbal confirmation by calling the UST Cashier's Office two working days after payment 87861611 local 8217

  • Faculty/Students: If you want to login in the Panopto using your UST Cloud Campus (Blackboard) username, you have to choose the "Panopto Integration" instead of "Panopto" and it will be redirected to the Viewer mode.

This is a broken LTI Link from Blackboard to Panopto due to a sudden access surge in resource relatively to system threshold and it is only a temporary occurrence. You may try to access the link from Panopto later.
